Role: Logility Supply Chain Planning Specialist

Locations: Trivandrum (TVM), Kochi, Hyderabad (HYD)

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Supply Chain Planning:
  
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning.
  
• Strong understanding of retail supply chain processes and data flows.
  
• Hands-on experience with Logility or strong understanding of its modules (Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning) and their interfaces.
  
• Logility Expertise:
  
• Configure and customize Logility solutions based on business requirements.
  
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Logility interfaces with other retail systems to ensure data integrity and timely processing.
  
• Stay updated with the latest Logility features, updates, and industry trends.
  
• Experience with Logility Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) integrations is a strong plus.
  
• ERP & Integration:
  
• Experience in integrating Logility with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or legacy applications.
  
• Support and enhance Logility-to-Oracle EBS interface processes (Order Management, Inventory, Forecasting, Procurement).
  
• Familiarity with integration tools like Informatica or ETL processes.
  
• SQL & Technical Proficiency:
  
• Highly proficient in SQL with hands-on experience using:
  
• SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
  
• Oracle SQL
  
• PL/SQL
  
• Develop and maintain SQL queries/scripts to validate data, identify anomalies, and support business users.
  
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues related to data movement, job failures, and performance bottlenecks.
  
• Support & Documentation:
  
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional/technical support.
  
• Recommend system enhancements to improve performance.
  
• Document system configurations, business processes, functional and technical designs.
  
• Familiarity with job scheduling and monitoring tools.
  
• Collaboration & Communication:
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across supply chain, IT, and business units.
  
• Participate in enhancement projects, system upgrades, and testing activities.
