Droom, Indias leading online marketplace for buying and selling cars, is searching for a rockstar BTL (Below-the-Line) specialist to join our growing team. In this role, youll be the go-to person for all things BTL, ensuring Droom makes a lasting impression both on and offline.

Event Extravaganza: Conceptualize, plan, and execute captivating events that engage our target audience. From dealer meets to roadshows and industry conferences, youll be the mastermind behind it all.
Merchandising Maestro: Develop and manage a killer Droom merchandise line. Think t- shirts, phone cases, keychains, and anything else that lets car enthusiasts show their Droom pride!
Branding Boss: Oversee Drooms brand identity across all BTL activities. This includes ensuring consistent messaging, visuals, and overall brand experience.
Collateral Captain: Manage the design, production, and distribution of high-quality printed collateral materials, from brochures and flyers to banners and signage.

Work closely with marketing, sales, design to ensure seamless BTL campaign execution.
Negotiating vendors to secure best deals on event venues, supplies, and printing services.
Stay updated on the latest BTL trends to develop innovative and engaging campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
Requirements:
Has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BTL marketing or event management.
Possesses strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Has a keen eye for design and a passion for creating memorable brand experiences.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Is a team player with a creative and results-oriented mindset.
