Job Profile:
We are looking for Executive or Sr. Executive for accounts payable domain having and experience of 2 - 7 years of experience in invoice validation & processing, vendor reconciliation, vendor on-boarding, resolving vendor issues and quarries etc. Some of objectives of this role:
- Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems
- Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely invoice posting and on time payments
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
- Comply with national and local financial regulations
Key Responsibilities:
The job responsibilities of an invoice processing specialist typically revolve around managing and processing vendor invoices, debit & credit notes. Here are some key responsibilities often associated with this role:
Processing Vendor Invoices, Debit & Credit Notes
- Review of invoices and supporting documents before processing invoice in ERP.
- Perform general ledger and data entry
- Process non-po, 2way and 3way match invoices
- Vendor and internal stake holder quarry management on vendor invoices or payments
- Vendor master creation in ERP
- Processing credit card claims in ERP
Skills and Expertise Required:
- Graduate or postgraduate
- Should have good accounting technical knowledge
- Experience in invoice, debit/credit note processing
- Strong understanding of finance systems and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible
- Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel and G-Suit like Gmail, G-Sheet etc.
- Candidate must have experience in Indian accounting, experience in global accounting will be plus.
- Experience with accounting software like Net Suit, SAP, Oracle etc and online platforms
