Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, process flows, and other functional documentation.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams using tools like Figma to validate design expectations.
- Own and manage product backlogs using Jira , Zoho Sprints , and Confluence .
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, demos, and UAT sessions.
- Ensure product alignment with business goals and compliance standards where applicable (e.g., HIPAA).
- Support project delivery across the SDLC , ensuring clear communication and risk mitigation.
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare and HR domains.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Zoho Sprints, and Figma .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
- Strong facilitation and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience working with both US-based clients and India-based delivery teams.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in projects involving mobile app development and AI/ML products .
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations .
- Agile/Scrum certification or other BA credentials.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master s degree in any discipline.
