Clarium Tech is a forward-thinking technology company committed to delivering innovative IT solutions and building a dynamic team. We are currently looking for a Junior HR IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Chennai.
Role Overview:
As a Junior HR IT Recruiter, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding activities, and general HR operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hiring top tech talent and growing their career in IT recruitment and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Source and screen candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracker/ATS.
HR Operations Support:
- Assist in preparing offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Support induction sessions, collect onboarding documentation, and ensure compliance.
- Maintain employee files and assist in handling HR-related documentation.
Employee Engagement & Support:
- Help address day-to-day employee queries in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Support exit formalities including exit interviews and clearance documentation.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
- Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or HR coordination.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of hiring platforms and basic HR practices.
