Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with Droom s business goals.
  • Analyze and interpret SEO trends to ensure Droom remains at the forefront of search engine algorithms and best practices.
  • Oversee the technical SEO strategy, ensuring optimal site structure, performance, and accessibility.
  • Conduct thorough site audits to identify and rectify technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and page speed issues.
  • Implement structured data, schema markup, and other advanced technical SEO tactics.

  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  • Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and URL parameters for efficient search engine crawling.
  • Ensure the website is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices.
  • Secure the website with HTTPS and ensure all pages and resources are served over a secure connection.
  • Use canonical tags to prevent duplicate content issues and manage URL parameters.
  • Handle 404 errors properly with custom error pages and implement 301 redirects for moved or deleted pages.
  • Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and HTML markup for relevance and keyword usage.
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify and fix technical issues.
  • Monitor site health, crawl errors, and other technical SEO aspects using tools like Google Search Console and third-party SEO tools.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content development and optimize existing content.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console etc.) to monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all channels and platforms.
  • Advocate for SEO within the organization, promoting awareness and understanding of its impact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficient with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with large-scale websites and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
