Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer / Java Technical Lead with a strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and enterprise-grade application architecture. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing microservices using Spring Boot, deep understanding of design patterns (such as Saga Pattern, Circuit Breaker, etc.), and a proven track record of delivering scalable and reliable solutions. The role requires leadership capabilities, end-to-end solution ownership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices using Spring Boot and Java.
• Apply advanced knowledge of design patterns, especially Saga, Circuit Breaker, and event-driven architecture to solve complex problems.
• Review existing systems and provide recommendations for performance improvements, reusability, and refactoring
• Guide the team through technical decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
• Lead system integration, validation, and end-to-end testing strategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and other development teams to ensure reliable delivery and operation of services.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to building a high-performing engineering culture.
• Maintain strong documentation practices including technical architecture, API specifications, and design decisions.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of software design principles and design patterns including Saga, Circuit Breaker, and CQRS.
• Solid experience in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Expertise in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills in distributed systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
