Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, particularly in using VLOOKUP for data validation and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.
Use VLOOKUP and other Excel functions to cross-check, validate, and reconcile data.
Perform regular data clean-up and integrity checks.
Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong command of VLOOKUP.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in data entry or administrative support.
Familiarity with additional Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, filters) is a plus.
