Job Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions utilizing Sage software.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process, including system installation, configuration, and data migration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or system errors that may arise during the implementation and customization of Sage software.
• Perform software upgrades and maintenance activities for clients to ensure optimal system performance and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in Sage software to provide innovative and effective solutions to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with Malaysia Tax laws

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with the implementation and customization of Sage software solutions.
• Strong technical skills in scripting, SQL, and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is a plus.

• Project Experiences - related to Shared Services, AMS and 3rd Party Support
  Experience with Enterprise Service Management tools like Jira, ServiceNOW etc.
  Experiences for national and international clients
