Job Description

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely to ensure all payments are made within the due dates. This involves verifying invoice details against purchase orders and contracts.
• Review and resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders by liaising with vendors and internal departments to ensure the accuracy of transactions.
• Maintain organized records of all invoices and related documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable transactions to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of accounts payable reports and analyses to provide insights into spending patterns and vendor performance.
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment confirmations to maintain positive relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end closing activities by providing necessary documentation and information related to payables.
