Job Description
- Led the product management of Integration capabilities for the Masterworks platform, building market-driven, scalable solutions that address the evolving needs of public sector agencies in North America.
- Define the roadmap for integration features, ensuring alignment with market trends and platform scalability rather than individual customer-specific needs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to design and develop robust integration solutions, including API frameworks and middleware.
- Drive the product strategy to support seamless integration with third-party applications and data sources, focusing on product marketability and performance.
- Ensure that integration solutions are built to scale, addressing the broader market while enabling interoperability with other enterprise systems.
- Continuously assess industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform the integration strategy for Masterworks.
- Monitor and manage KPIs for product performance, ensuring integration solutions meet business and technical objectives.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to work across product, engineering, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and design scalable integration solutions for a broad market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on product success.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Experience in product management, particularly for SaaS platforms, with a focus on integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of API management, middleware, and integration protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP).
- Experience in building integration capabilities that scale across multiple customers and use cases, focusing on product marketability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and architecture.
- Proficiency in API management tools and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of data exchange methodologies, ETL processes, and data management strategies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of product management experience focusing on SaaS platform integration capabilities.
- Experience in building market-driven integration solutions rather than custom implementations.
- Experience in the B2B SaaS sector, ideally serving industries like construction or the public sector.
