Job Description
Key Relationships:
Provide a high standard of accuracy in collection and management of data Develop a good understanding of Data Insights services and processes Provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients and clients suppliers
Key Responsibilities- Task and Activities:
Data cleansing and maintenance:
To use in-house computer software to input and analyze Packaging weights information,
To use MS Excel applications to check and improve the accuracy of data within Environmental Product Information Centre (EPIC) database
Understanding of the packaging, WEEE, and batteries regulations:
To receive in-house training on the packaging, WEEE and batteries regulations,
To provide support to the Account Managers in the calculation of the packaging, WEEE and Batteries waste submissions.
Adherence to Company policies:
To work within the guidelines of ISO accreditation and Risk Management Policies,
To adhere to all the Health and Safety Policies

1. Must have high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
2. Must be a confident individual who can work well on their own or as part of a team
3. Must have high level of professionalism
4. An interest in environmental issues is desirable
5. Experience of analyzing and manipulating large volumes of data is desirable
6. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field
Excellent Communication & listening Skills
Good Knowledge of Excel
Good Knowledge of MS Office
Understand the concept of Data Processing
Interpersonal Communication
Client Facing
Preferred:
Experience with environmental impact assessments and sustainability reporting
Familiarity with ISO 14001 standards and other environmental management frameworks and compliance
