Job Description:
We are seeking a DGCA Approved SEP Instructor (Female Candidates Only) for a private operation involving Boeing 737 aircrafts. The ideal candidate should have relevant approvals, strong training experience, and a proactive attitude towards aviation safety and instruction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical training on safety and emergency procedures for cabin crew and flight crew.
- Cover topics including aircraft evacuation, ditching, firefighting, decompression, turbulence, and more.
- Simulated Emergency Drills like Use of life jackets and oxygen masks, Operation of emergency exits
- Assist in preparing, updating, and revising training materials, manuals, and procedures in line with aircraft type and DGCA regulations.
- Prepare the training department for DGCA audits and inspections.
- Train crew on the correct use, storage, and checks of all onboard emergency equipment including fire extinguishers, oxygen bottles, and first aid kits.
- Coordinate with CRM (Crew Resource Management) instructors and integrate first aid modules when necessary.
- Provide Boeing 737-specific SEP training, tailoring drills and procedures according to aircraft configuration and systems.
- Ensure ongoing validity of DGCA approval, including attending refresher courses and instructor standardization programs.

- Gender: Female (as per client requirement)
- Approval: DGCA-approved SEP (Safety and Emergency Procedures) Instructor
- Aircraft Type: Experience with Boeing 737 aircraft preferred
- Age: Below 35 years
- Base Location: Mumbai or Ahmadabad
- Salary: Negotiable and Best from your your last drawn salary
