Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team in the medical equipment and healthcare distribution industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both traditional and basic digital marketing, with a focus on brand promotion, field-level marketing, event coordination, and lead generation. This role requires a creative thinker with strong coordination skills and a solid understanding of the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, including CMEs, workshops, product demos, and hospital engagement events.
  • Develop and manage marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, PPTs, case studies, and branding kits.
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams and medical professionals to understand product positioning and promotional needs.
  • Support product launches, awareness campaigns, and partnership marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in and manage healthcare exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows to showcase products and engage with stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, pricing, and marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain a marketing calendar and track campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with designers and vendors to ensure high-quality output in print and display materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all external and internal communications.
  • Manage basic digital activities such as coordinating content for social media or newsletters .

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical equipment marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage offline campaigns, event coordination, and field marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe) is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic digital tools like email campaigns, Google Forms, or basic social media posting is a bonus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for marketing events and client meetings.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B marketing within the healthcare sector.
  • Exposure to lead generation techniques, even if via offline or hybrid channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build rapport with doctors, hospital staff, and sales personnel.
