Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct background verifications, joining formalities, and ensure timely offer generation.
  
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth induction into the organization.
  
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures related to employee life cycle management.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers extended, and other relevant metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in US HR or equivalent industry experience (IT/Non-IT).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or relevant field preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of US HR processes including onboarding process, background verification, offer generation etc. .
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates at various levels.
