VDI Engineer @ UST

Job Description

Experience: 6+ years as a VDI SME

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform security agent updates on VDI infrastructure and software installations on VDI images (VDAs).

• Good knowledge in managing Nutanix or NetScaler environments.

• Implement VDI security policy changes using AppSense or similar tools.

• Ensure VDI implementations (delivery groups) are properly sized and disk images are efficiently maintained (merged, consolidated, and deleted).

• Conduct basic troubleshooting for Citrix, Windows & Linux OS, hardware, security agents, and VMs, escalating issues as needed.

• Perform patching and updates for Windows & Linux OS, hardware firmware, and security agents.

• Participate in incident response calls, update tickets accurately and promptly, and escalate issues as necessary.
