Job Description
- You will lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-grade banking solutions.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to convert complex business needs into robust technical implementations.
- You will oversee the technical delivery of strategic projects across corporate, wealth, payments, and digital domains.
- You will mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- You will drive the adoption of best practices in coding, architecture, security, and scalability.
- You will Partner with DevOps and QA teams to ensure efficient CI/CD and testing pipelines.
- You should have 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and MySQL.
- You should have a proven track record of successfully leading development teams and projects.
- You should have expertise in building and managing REST APIs and Microservices on cloud platforms.
- You should have Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- You should have a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
- You should have excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Care about transforming the Banking landscape.
- Commit to being part of an exciting culture and product evolving within the financial industry.
- Collaborate effectively and proactively with teams within or outside Temenos.
- Challenge yourself to be ambitious and achieve your individual as well as the company targets.
- Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
- Civil Partnership: 1 week of paid leave if youre getting married. This covers marriages and civil partnerships, including same sex/civil partnership
- Family care: 4 weeks of paid family care leave
- Recharge days: 4 days per year to use when you need to physically or mentally needed to recharge
