Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates should have a growth mindset and are expected to work with Agile methodology and practices!
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure project goals are met
- Follows step-by-step framework of a data-driven approach
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups of website designs.
- Designing user interfaces and user experiences that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing
- Ensuring website designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes. i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet
- Collaborate with product managers, development and design team, to translate user requirements into unique brand and relevant market research findings into a website
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies, and incorporating them into projects
- Mentoring and guiding junior designers on the team
- Participating in user research and testing to gather feedback on designs and make improvements.
- Creating and maintaining design guidelines and style guides document.
- Providing internal support and external customer service throughout the build and launch process of the website
- You will contribute towards customer Knowledge Research, identify and prioritize customer needs, developing data-driven product roadmaps that deliver on strategic objectives
- Required to understand company strategy, product releases, current and future state of product portfolio, market research, and understand our biggest opportunities for growth and evolution
Technical Expertise / Hands-On Skills:
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Design Thinking
Requirements:
- Have a strong design principles and have a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for website to showcase
- Proficiency in any of the design suites such as Figma,, Invision, Adobe Creative Cloud etc.
- Ability to understand company/brand guidelines and incorporate the same within design
- Extensive experience in collaborating with multiple teams
- Experience in providing creative insight to improve existing products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic front end knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
