Job Title: Performance Testing Engineer (4-8 Years of Experience)

Location: Trivandrum, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in performance testing, with exposure to cloud technologies, experience with performance testing tools, and knowledge of multiple operating systems.

• Conduct performance testing to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of applications under various load conditions.

• Utilize performance testing tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, or Neoload to design and execute tests.

• Monitor and analyze system performance using Dynatrace or AppDynamics.

• Test applications in cloud environments (Azure or AWS) to ensure optimal performance.

• Perform manual or automated performance testing on mainframe applications (preferred).

• Write and maintain shell scripts for performance testing and automation (preferred).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and resolve issues.

• Use JIRA (or similar tools) to manage tasks and support agile project practices.

• 4-8 years of experience in performance testing.

• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, or Neoload.

• Working knowledge of Dynatrace or AppDynamics for application performance monitoring.

• Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.

• Basic knowledge of SQL with the ability to write and execute SQL queries.

• Familiarity with manual or performance testing of mainframe applications (preferred).

• Experience working with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux).

• Proficiency in using JIRA or similar tools for agile project management.

• Experience with shell scripting for performance testing automation.

• Exposure to manual or automated performance testing on mainframe applications.
