Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Planning and coordination for Multiple Projects.
• Responsible for efficient coordination with Project Planners, Business Unit Head and functions head and facilitation for Infra projects.
• Monitoring and review of projects centrally, proactively taking necessary interventions in projects.
• Coordination / Expedite to ensure on time delivery of Project Management office deliverables.
• Review and firming up plan in consultation with project planner/ project manager to meet project schedule.
• MIS (Progress & Cost) reporting & Review deck presentation for Management review.
• Highlighting the project constraints, risks, raising flags, proactively identifying the delays and initiating mitigating actions
• Resource estimation and Productivity tracking
• Automation and Digitalization

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 12 to 15 Year: Infrastructure Project Management Office experience.
• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel and Power Point
• MSP: Required, Primavera: Preferable
