Job Description:
The Faade Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of faade works at the project site. This includes managing subcontractors, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining safety and quality standards, and acting as the key point of communication between site operations and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site activities related to faade works including ACP cladding, glazing, windows, curtain walls, and related installations.
- Coordinate material delivery, fabrication status, manpower allocation, and equipment usage.
- Review and interpret drawings, technical details, and method statements for execution.
- Ensure work is done as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project schedule and progress, raising alerts on delays and proposing solutions.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and HSE compliance audits.
- Handle site meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and NCRs if any.
- Supervise and manage faade installation teams and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and fabrication departments for seamless execution.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Report to the Project Director or Operations Head.
- Coordinate closely with Design Team, Planning, Procurement, and Quality Control departments.
- Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
- Liaise with factory or workshop for fabrication updates and material readiness.
Rights & Authority:
- Authorize site work schedules and adjust manpower allocation as per project demands.
- Recommend material or design adjustments to improve feasibility or resolve site issues.
- Enforce quality and safety compliance across site activities.
- Approve daily progress reports and submit escalation memos if targets are at risk.
- Suggest and request additional resources or support to management when necessary.

- Adhere strictly to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Maintain professional conduct with client representatives, consultants, and team members.
- Ensure transparent communication with senior management and accurate site reporting.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity of all project-related information.
- Enforce and follow all company policies, PPE rules, and labor compliance regulations.
