Job Description
Position : US IT Recruiter
Location : Hyderabad and Bangalore (on-site opportunity)
Domain: BFSI and Retail Mandatory
Duration : Full time
Mode of interview : In-person
Job Description: Candidates from US Staffing industry with Hands on experience into sourcing and End-to-End Recruitments.
- 2-6 years experience proven US IT Recruitments
- Experience in W2 is mandatory.
- Experience with VMS & ATS.
- Experience working with Direct client is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc).
- Candidates must have experience in US staffing particularly in W2, & Direct Client Preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred candidate profile working with Direct clientNote: candidates who has experience working with direct clients on w2 will be preferred, bench sales experience cannot be considered for this position. No hybrid and remote role
