Position Overview: Coditude is seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Content & Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will excel in both technical writing and marketing, with a strong command of English and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead content and marketing initiatives, work collaboratively with diverse teams, and contribute to our branding and digital marketing strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality technical documentation for technology domains such as Application Development, Modernization, GenAI, Cloud, DevOps, Product and Test Engineering, and Data Science.
Create unique content for company branding, products, and services on the website , Social media pages .
Write highly engaging blogs, customer success stories, whitepapers, and newsletters.
Analyze customer information requirements and product specifications to define technical content strategy.
Design and develop service-related information for various audiences (e.g., user guides, troubleshooting guides).
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
Research project and blog topics by consulting with subject matter experts.
Review and edit content for technical accuracy, grammar, and language.
Lead digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Manage internal communications and support HR with employer branding initiatives.
Develop and implement process-driven marketing strategies, monitor performance, and adjust plans for improvement.
Track data, manage promotional materials, maintain databases, and prepare reports.
Required Skills:
Strong writing skills to create engaging, targeted content.
Solid understanding of technologies relevant to Coditude s operations.
Excellent marketing communication knowledge with creative and expressive writing abilities.
Proficiency in SEO-focused content writing practices, including keywords and metatags.
Ability to create professional yet engaging social media posts.

Knowledge of market segmentation, customer personas, and marketing processes.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PPC campaign management.
