Job Title: Music Producer
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Music Producer to join our dynamic audio production team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about creating high-quality music across genres including Bollywood, commercial jingles, regional music, and devotional tracks. Proficiency in modern music production techniques and the ability to play the keyboard is essential. Knowledge of mixing and mastering will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage music production projects from concept to completion.
- Arrange, compose, and produce music across various genres.
- Perform and program keyboard parts for compositions and recordings.
- Operate and manage industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Cubase, FL Studio, or Ableton Live.
- Conduct multitrack recordings, dubbing sessions, and voiceover recordings.
- Apply miking techniques suitable for different instruments and vocal setups.
- Collaborate with singers, musicians, and sound engineers for high-quality output.
- Ensure timely delivery of music aligned with client or project briefs.
- Stay updated with current trends in music production, tools, and technologies.
- Coordinate post-production activities including editing, mixing, and (if applicable) mastering.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Music Producer with a strong portfolio across various genres.
- Proficiency in playing the keyboard with a good understanding of music theory.
- Sound knowledge of recording techniques, miking, and signal flow.
- Hands-on experience with multitrack recording, dubbing, and session management.
- Expertise in at least one or more major DAWs.
- Understanding of music arrangements, composition, and sound design.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of mixing and mastering processes.
- Experience in producing Bollywood, regional, devotional and more.
- Familiarity with studio equipment and acoustic ands.
