The APAC Regional Services Solution Advisor Expert (SSA) for Training & Adoption is a revenue generating sales role responsible for the overall growth of SAP s Training & Adoption business The role is responsible for defining, implementing and tracking the APAC T&A Strategy in close collaboration with Services GTM team, Market unit services leadership, specialist sales leadership, LoB teams and Partner managers. This leader represents the Services organization in customer interactions, with a focus on C-Level, partner ecosystem, public events and SAP-internal activities within the region. With the qualifications, experience and business acumen in indirectly managing a diverse and geographically distributed team in a matrix structure, and managing relationships with senior external and internal stakeholders. She/He will collaborate with APAC individual country/market units to develop and lead business planning that generates 4x pipeline opportunity. The role involves taking ownership of strategic client relationships for key opportunities, support and track budgets by month, quarter and annual targets.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Understand the SAP strategy and communicate a clear vision of the future: discuss, explain and actively promote the vision of T&A Services in APAC to the customers and Partners:
Develop a clear and structured Go-to-Market strategy aligned with the Services Sales team and other Customer Success business units.
Act as a leader and ambassador in internal and external events, partner and customer interactions.
Strong leader at both the strategic and tactical levels, sees and articulates the bigger picture in the context of the defined portfolio.
A strong sales leader with customer first mindset and experience in delivering business outcome to our customers.

Create trusted relationships with strategic customers and partners.
Understand SAP s Training & Adoption portfolio strategy and help to drive the execution
Customer pipeline analysis to identify opportunity creation avenues
Collaborate with SAP APAC GTM Demand generation and Market Unit teams to build Demand gen plans that secure a predictable rolling four quarter (R4Q) pipeline for services sales
Lead APAC T&A regional forecasting
Tracking and engagement in each Market unit to proactively address issues to avoid risk to deal closure
Customer first mindset and experience in delivering business outcome to SAP customers.
Create trusted relationships with strategic customers, partners and SAP peers
Ensure transparency and predictability of the business on all levels.
Maintain and adhere to SAP business integrity and compliance standards
Expert tracking and realization of financial targets (bookings, revenue) and other strategic KPIs
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES The ideal candidate would have over 15+ years of relevant experience in SAP portfolio sales or program management with specific experience in services complimenting to enhance cloud subscription adoption and consumption
Knowledge and experience with SAP portfolio of cloud services offerings
Knowledge of the APJ Cloud market competition especially Training & Adotpion
Successful experience in developing and closing sales of consulting and services to support cloud subscription solutions
Track record of Pipeline and Opportunity Management success
Program management working together in diverse teams to develop and close service sales
Evidence of successful deal crafting and strategy development
Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills for broad cross function and multi country teams
C-Level Communication and Presentation experience
Results-driven, high-energy, focused and disciplined individual
