We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Associate for our International Blended Process. This role involves handling customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels, including calls, emails, and chats, providing excellent service and resolving queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities-
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Salary Range: 3.00LPA-3.5LPA (based on experience & performance)
Shift: 24x7 rotational with 2 rotational offs per week
