Key Responsibilities:
Platform Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user and group management, access controls, and system configurations
Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations
System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance tasks such as upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure the platform operates efficiently
Incident and Service Request Management: Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests related to the ServiceNow platform. Ensure timely resolution and communication with stakeholders
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance and health of the ServiceNow platform. Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with SLAs
Integration Management: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services. Ensure seamless data flow and process automation
Governance and Compliance: Ensure that the ServiceNow platform complies with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Implement governance frameworks to maintain platform integrity
