About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Expert with hands-on experience in building intelligent agents tailored for business applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, building, and deploying AI-powered agents that enhance operational efficiency, automate workflows, and elevate customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using popular frameworks like OpenAI GPT, AgentGPT, AutoGPT, LangChain, CrewAI, and ChatGPT Assistants API
  
• Integrate AI agents with CRMs, automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make), and third-party tools
  
• Evaluate business use cases and create custom AI solutions for sales, customer support, project management, data processing, and more
  
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and agentic workflows
  
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy AI features into existing systems
  
• Monitor agent performance and improve outcomes through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) methods
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience developing AI agents using tools like LangChain, OpenAI, LlamaIndex, AutoGPT, or similar
  
• Deep understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering
  
• Familiarity with Python, APIs, and automation tools
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in machine learning, data science, or software engineering
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  
• Experience with fine-tuning or training custom models
  
• Prior work in a startup or fast-paced tech environment
