For Freshers

  • Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in English language (Versant 5)
  • Support on multiple regional languages (Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, etc.) to cater to the growing needs of customers and to ensure Best Customer Experience
  • Persuasive speaking skills
  • Clear and brand appropriate written communication skills
  • Prior experience in sales (preferably auto sales)
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Knowledge of retention and recall
  • Emotional stability and empathy
  • Speed and efficiency
  • Team player and problem solving attitude
  • Proactive, coordination with dealers
  • Updated and aware about products & its features
