Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective enterprise sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients post-sale.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote company services.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members as needed.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and sales progress.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align initiatives with sales goals.
  • Lead Generation, conversion and closure.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Expertise in negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
  • Team player who can cultivate positive relationships.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-first mentality.
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools.
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
