Job Description
1. Procurement Support: Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract management.
2. Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
3. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
4. Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and negotiating contracts.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights to inform business decisions.
6. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
8. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
