1. Voice Process Sector 127 Noida
- Profile: Domestic Voice (Customer Support)
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate
- Experience: Fresher/Experienced
- Skills: Good English communication
- Salary: Up to 22,000 CTC
- Interview Mode: Walk-in
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries
- Provide solutions with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain call quality and process compliance
2. Technical Voice Support Sector 63 Noida
- Profile: Tech Voice (ISP/Router related support)
- Education: B.Tech or any technical background (2nd/3rd year students also eligible)
- Skills: Excellent communication, networking basics, router troubleshooting
- Salary: Up to 23,000 CTC
- Interview Mode: Walk-in
Responsibilities:
- Address technical queries on internet/router
- Assist users in troubleshooting hardware/networking issues
- Maintain documentation and escalate unresolved issues
3. Chat Process Sector 63 Noida
- Profile: Customer Support (Chat)
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in chat process
- Skills: Strong written communication
- Salary: Up to 23,000 CTC
4. Voice Process Sector 63 Noida
- Profile: Domestic Voice Support
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate
- Experience: Fresher/Experienced
- Skills: Good communication in Hindi and English
- Salary: Up to 19,000 CTC

5. Chat & Email Support Sector 62 Noida
- Profile: E-commerce Chat & Email
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate
- Experience: Fresher or Experienced
- Skills: Excellent communication (V4 level), e-commerce knowledge preferred
- Working Days: 5.5 days with rotational shifts & offs
- Cab: Available in odd hours
- Salary: Fresher 19K CTC (15K in-hand) | Experienced 23K CTC (18.3K in-hand)

- Profile: Voice Support (International BPO)

- Postpaid Process: Grad + Fresher/Experienced | Salary: 25K CTC | 5 Days
