About the Role

GoldenLion is seeking a Zoho Consultant (Techno-Functional) to join our Business Solutions Division. This team focuses on implementing industry-specific CRM and process automation solutions built on the Zoho platform, helping businesses improve operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• 0 - 3 years of experience as a Zoho Consultant (Techno-Functional)
• Proven track record of successful CRM implementations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and third-party integrations is a plus
• Exposure to other cloud-based business solutions is an advantage
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze business processes
• Design solution plans tailored to client needs
• Configure and customize the Zoho suite of applications
• Develop small-scale applications using Deluge scripting
• Manage client expectations to ensure project success
• Conduct requirement gathering and process mapping
• Deliver client demos and personalized training sessions
• Create instructional walk-through videos

Qualifications

• BCA / MCA / MBA
• BSc / MSc (Computer Science)
• BTech / MTech (Computer Science / IT)
