Role & responsibilities
Deep-dive into user journeys across the lifecyclefrom first ride to frequent traveler.
Map drop-offs, identify friction points, and build insights that drive retention and repeat revenue.
Track and analyze KPIs across acquisition, engagement, retention, and churn.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and growth teams to build smart CLM strategies and cohorts.
Design A/B tests for lifecycle campaigns and translate results into actionable insights.
Work closely with the growth team to measure impact of interventions on LTV, CAC payback, and margins.
Build dashboards and automate reporting to empower teams with data they can use.
Preferred candidate profile
2-4 years of experience in analytics, business insights, or CLM roles in B2C companies.
Expert in Excel/Sheets. Bonus if you know Python or R.
Proven track record of working with CRM or retention teams to drive business impact.
Obsessed with customer behavior and solving real-world problems through data.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and breaking down open-ended questions into hypotheses and tests.
Bonus Points If You:
Have worked in finance, mobility, travel, or other mid-frequency transaction businesses.
Understand CLM tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, or WebEngage.
Can tell stories with datanot just what happened, but why and what next.
