Designation: HMI Lead Developer
Experience: 7 - 9 Years
Work Location: Pune
Education: BE/ME - CSE/EEE/ECE or equivalent
Primary Skillset:
- Experienced in designing / creating the HMI for the Infotainment system obeying and CI/CD and UI/UX guidelines with Design tools
- Support the project team, based on PEP guidelines and ensure that the respective milestones (technical and budgetary) are completed within the stipulated time period and with the desired results
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall/Agile). Basic skills in Figma and JIRA
- Benchmarking the relevant HMI required for the market needs and proposing the complete customer journey as product owner to brands
- Prepare the project management report along the relevant dashboard with clear focus on the customer benefits and track the usage pattern
- Conduct the regular testing reviews with supplier and highlight the risk at initial stages with risk mitigation plan to ensure the required milestone are achieved
- Creating test specification and the test cases for the tester to perform the testing and verifying and validating the results
- Experienced in the motion graphics, 3D rendering and animation. Propose to engage the insinuations to develop the ideas and estimated effort for the realization and decision making
- Support regular development team meetings, facilitate discussions team wise, interdepartmental, with development consultants and suppliers and company MB to arrive at best solutions for product and company.
- Contribute to the team regarding budget, test costs, planning and Technical Project management requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Poised in preparing the HMI themes
- Coordinate with the Design, brands and technical teams across the location
- Interact with the supplier or developer for ensuring the quality of the product
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new things. Planning abilities
- Experience with UX/UI development
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proposal for the evolution of the product and understanding of user-centered design principles
