Job Summary: We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service Voice team. Youll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their travel bookings, modifications, queries, and post-booking support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general queries.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Document customer interactions in internal systems.
  • Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal).
  • Graduate in any extreme Mandate.
  • Min. 9 Months Recent International voice experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts(24X7)
  • Prior experience in a travel industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
