Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with extensive experience in Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly in Service Cloud, and will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for process improvements.
Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Work closely with developers to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Perform data analysis and reporting using Salesforce tools.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
