Primary Skills:

Must have

• 8-10 years business experience in a matrixed management environment (e.g., product development, project management, implementation)
• Have good working experience in automotive embedded field.
• Minimum 2 years as practicing agile scrum master.
• Accredited Scrum Master Certification
• Exposed to agile development methodologies.
• Exposed to multi-threaded and multi-process application development.
• Experience in Atlasian toolset viz JIRA, Confluence in report generation
• Experience in version control viz Github, BitBucket
• Embedded C or C++ or Java Programming experience

Good to have

• Scaled agile experience.
• Accredited SAFe Certification
• Experience in embedded software development on Linux OS
• Experience in communication driver development
• Exposure to Signal based, Service based communication paradigm
• Exposure to PCIe technology
• Exposure to ASPICE processes
• Exposure in developing Safety Application (ISO26262)
