Skill: Business System Analyst

Exp: 3+ years

Roles Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with fellow Team members in handling support issues and triaging issues with Salesforce applications.

  • Understand the operational aspects of solution delivery including ticket handling and prioritization, client interaction and ownership of issues assigned, ensuring timely and quality delivery of solutions

  • Address client concerns promptly, leveraging best practices to provide optimal solutions.

  • Uphold and champion best practices in triaging, business analysis, and delivery within the clients landscape.

  • Communicate effectively with client teams during meetings using their preferred language and modes of communication.

  • Coordinate with onshore, offshore, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery of Salesforce solutions.

  • Ensure that assigned tickets are triaged and coordinated for delivery with other teams within expected SLA timelines.

  • Execute other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Support and Troubleshooting:

Strong problem-solving skills to understand functional issues, determine the business impacts, provide industry-standard documentation, and liaise with technical Salesforce teams on behalf of the business to help determine the proper resolution. Ability to provide functional support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.

Salesforce Architecture:

Familiar with Salesforce objects and relationships. Understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working on Agile teams.

Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders in the USA and Australia to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Experience in triaging complex technical issues. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, QA testers, and integrators.

Continuous Learning and Adaptability:

Commitment to staying updated with the latest business analysis techniques, Salesforce features, and best practices. Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and technologies.



Business Understanding and functional knowledge:

Ability to understand business process and impacts, then relate that to urgency of the technical implementation

Salesforce Configuration and Customization:

Preferred, some knowledge in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types. Knowledge of custom objects, validation rules, and formula fields.

Salesforce Administration:

Preferred, understanding about Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management. Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud functionalities.

Tools:

Preferred experience with tools like Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, Workbench

Additional Skills:


  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in team settings, fostering positive relationships and knowledge sharing.

  • Robust problem-solving abilities, with an analytical mindset to decode intricate challenges.

  • Outstanding customer service capabilities, ensuring consistent positive interactions with stakeholders.

  • Adept at managing multiple tasks, staying organized, and ensuring attention to detail.

  • Ethical in all dealings, valuing honesty, accountability, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in information technology or related field; or at least 6 years of professional experience in Salesforce support space using different methods including Apex, Flow, and other Salesforce best practices.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and client service skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex topics for various audiences during meetings and via written channels.

Other Specifications:

- Should be willing to work during USA Pacific hours

- Should adhere to Customer Security guidelines.
