Senior Associate - HR Analytics @ Evalueserve

Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis and generate insights from various HR reports including
  headcount, attrition, past performance, and employee pulse data
• Utilize data to identify trends and patterns that can inform strategic HR decisions
• Responsible for implementing and managing HR automations to streamline processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across HR platforms
• Work closely with Business HRs (BHRs) to ensure timely turnaround times (TATs) and
  consolidate data for comprehensive reporting.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among BHRs for data collection and validation
• Design and publish monthly, quarterly, and yearly dashboards to provide senior stakeholders with actionable insights
• Present data in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making processes
• Perform predictive analysis based on data trends to forecast future HR metrics and outcomes
• Use advanced analytical techniques to anticipate potential HR challenges and opportunities

Preferred candidate profile:

• 2-6 years of strong experience in HR data analytics/MIS
• Proficiency in data HRIS and data analysis tools
• Understanding of HR processes and workflows
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to collaborate across
  teams
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
