Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
o Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
o 4+ Years of SAP experience
o Must possess sound SAP functional knowledge in Supply Chain areas (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.) including master data and integration with related areas (i.e. upstream and downstream processes)
o 3+ Years of experience in a business environment performing analysis, requirements gathering, and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
o Excellent learning agility and diversity of knowledge and experience in at least three distinctly different business domains and/or digital innovation domains.
o Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment
o Ability to lead and manage multiple levels of stakeholders
o Experience working with global cross-functional teams with digital programs
Main Responsibilities
o Establish close relationships with product owners in order to discover and translate requirements including functional and non-functional
o Agile learner to become a trusted subject matter expert and explorer in business domains and capabilities assigned
o Demonstrate the ability to be self-directing within the construct of a team in order to accomplish project objectives
o Enjoy working with business partners and internal teams to brainstorm solutions, help identify and evaluate pros and cons, and then to guide decision-making through analysis techniques
o Exhibit curiosity and a willingness to ask questions in order to understand the "why"
o Identify issues and risks and proactively communicate them to the project manager/scrum master
o Experienced with defining what is in scope and out of scope, and making sure projectartifacts represent that scope,and are understood by the project team members
o Able to achieve proper requirements definition regardless of project methodology or framework
o Recognize the value of clear, complete acceptance criteria in user stories; committed to making sure the solution meets all acceptance criteria
o Value the importance of change management; able to discern the perspective of the end-users and recommend change management approaches to address those perspectives
o Appreciate the value in creating and maintaining proper documentation that will be valuable to ongoing platform management activities after the specific project effort has completed.
