We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Head of US Operations to oversee and optimize our business operations across the United States. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of operational efficiency, cross-functional coordination, and team leadership to drive growth and performance across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across the US region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing operations team; manage hiring, training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
Process Optimization: Identify and eliminate bottlenecks across workflows; implement SOPs, process automation, and best practices to increase productivity.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, HR, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration.
Financial Oversight: Support budget planning and cost control initiatives; monitor financial performance against objectives and optimize resource allocation.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure operational practices are compliant with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations; manage risk proactively.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on performance metrics, productivity, and strategic initiatives for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 7 years in operations or business management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven experience scaling teams and building processes in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of operational systems, project management, and performance metrics.
Exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other operational tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Asana, etc.).
