Job Description

As a Senior IT Recruiter, youll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for senior-level IT positions, employing diverse sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Your role is pivotal in shaping our organizations success by identifying, engaging, and securing high-caliber IT professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire IT recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing hiring decisions.
  • Specialize in recruiting senior-level IT professionals for both permanent and contract positions.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment techniques, including job postings, resume searching, internal databases, and leveraging platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, and employee referrals.
  • Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current staffing needs and anticipate future requirements, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the companys employment branding and attract diverse candidates.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment for senior-level roles, encompassing both permanent and contract hiring.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and job market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to source and engage candidates effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
  • Prior experience in recruitment metrics and reporting preferred.
