Lead generation through primary and secondary research, writing emails and making follow-up phone calls, conducting business research for international clients and preparing customized reports and company profiles.
Interacting with clients, discussing international opportunities, and closing business deals. Prepare business proposals and update client MIS sheets.
Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conceive, test, analyze and optimize the most suitable marketing / digital marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, events, campaigns, direct mail, affiliate, etc)
Keeping pace with SEO, social media, and Internet marketing industry trends and developments in formulating and implementing innovative sales and business strategies.
Facilitate and set up meetings of prospects with the SMEs, participate in a joint call, and assist them in bringing the deal to closure.
Passionate about achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to have constructive discussions to plan and execute improvements.
Contact customers via emails/phone calls/LinkedIn/face-to-face meetings to offer them our products (LMS/LXP) and services.
Visit customers when needed or arrange meetings to discuss our products/services.
Skills & Abilities required:
Master/Postgraduate Degree with Sales Field of Study preferred.
4+ years of experience in Software and Services sales and Sales Management, in a fast-growing company
Must have experience in acquiring business
Excellent track record of driving and creating lead / digital lead generation
Extensive experience with SEO, digital marketing, social media marketing & content marketing
Good knowledge and understanding of the IT sector, business, and clients
