We have multiple openings for the position of Apple Support Engineer at Austin, T exas , USA to join our Services team. These positions will be a part of Brilyant s Services team in Austin which has been growing rapidly. Join our team and be a part of our growth story.

Requirement

Apple certifications needed (ACMT)
Relevant experience with knowledge of Mac systems
Well-versed with Apple Repair policy as well as Apple KPIs

Responsibilities

Working as a Field Service Engineer for Brilyant s customers at Enterprise locations.
Performing diagnosis of Apple Mac system.
Troubleshooting Apple Mac systems issues proactively.
Analysing cause of system failure and relacing failed components, if any.

Skills

Efficient communication and Presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of MAC OS
Updated knowledge of hardware along with relevant troubleshooting skills
