Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent
  • The Recruitment Manager will work closely with hiring managers, department heads
  • This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organizations goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
  • Full-cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding. Manage job postings, source candidates, and conduct initial screenings to ensure a qualified and diverse candidate pool. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Prepare regular reports on key recruitment metrics and present findings to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
