The qualifications we are looking for are mixture of work experience and educational background.
They are split into Minimum Qualifications (must have) and Additional Qualifications (nice to have) along with soft skills (competencies) needed for the role:Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Skills:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Working experience on reconciliations, journal entriesGood to Have:
- Understanding of sales tax laws and regulations of USA
- Experience Great Plains.
- Working towards an accounting certificate (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent in IndiaSoft/Behavioral Skills:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/subprojects simultaneously, organizational skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well in a team environment
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Process and result oriented
