Identify and capitalise on market opportunities to differentiate the business unit in the competitive FSI Salesforce consulting space.
Market Expertise :
Conduct in-depth analysis of the FSI market, including trends, regulatory requirements, and client needs.
Leverage expertise in FSI-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, nCino, Vlocity) to create tailored offerings.
Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to identify gaps and opportunities for innovation.
Go-to-Market Execution :
Design and execute a go-to-market strategy to acquire FSI clients, including banks, insurance companies, wealth management firms, and fintechs.
Build and nurture partnerships with Salesforce and other ecosystem players to drive co-selling and lead generation.
Develop thought leadership content, case studies, and marketing campaigns to establish the business unit as a trusted advisor in the FSI space.
Sales and Business Development :
Drive revenue growth by securing new FSI clients and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in the FSI industry.
Build a strong sales team to fuel growth
Manage the team KPI and track their performance against them
Financial and Operational Management :
Develop and manage the business unit budget, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
Report progress and performance metrics to the company leadership team.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Education :
Bachelor degree in Business, IT, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Experience :
10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or the Salesforce ecosystem.
5+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI), with a deep understanding of its challenges, regulations, and technology needs.
Proven track record of building and scaling a successful business unit, practice, or startup.
Strong expertise in Salesforce platforms, particularly Financial Services Cloud, nCino, or Vlocity.
Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including partnerships, certifications, and solutions.
