We re looking for an exceptionally strong Front-End Engineer to join our team and take a lead role in crafting intuitive, high-performance user interfaces. You will be central in defining our front-end architecture, improving UI/UX, and elevating the overall quality of the product through performance optimizations, accessibility, and scalability.

Responsibilities - Lead development of robust, responsive front-end applications using React (or similar frameworks).
- Collaborate closely with designers to turn high-fidelity designs into interactive experiences.
- Build and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems.
- Own performance, accessibility, and responsiveness standards across the app.
- Guide and mentor other developers on best practices in front-end architecture, testing, and tooling.
- Advocate for user-centric thinking and deliver elegant UI/UX solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging front-end trends, frameworks, and tools.
- 5+ years of experience in front-end engineering with a strong portfolio of live projects or apps.
- Mastery of JavaScript , TypeScript , HTML5 , and CSS3/SASS .
- Deep experience with React.js and modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
- Expertise in building design systems, component libraries, and accessible interfaces.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma , Storybook , Jest/React Testing Library , Vite/Webpack .
- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and web performance.
- Experience integrating APIs and working closely with backend engineers.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
