 Autosar Developer - Bootloader/MCAL

Job Description

- Develop and maintain AUTOSAR-compliant software components, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.- Work on the configuration and integration of MCAL (Microcontroller Abstraction Layer) for various ECUs.- Implement and optimize Mode Management, NvM (Non-volatile Memory), and Wdg (Watchdog) configurations.- Develop and maintain automotive bootloaders, including secondary bootloaders (SBL) and system-on-chip (SOC) bootloaders.- Ensure robust and secure bootloader implementation that meets automotive safety and security standards.- Perform debugging and testing of bootloader software to ensure reliable operation across various automotive platforms.- Write and optimize code in Embedded C and assembly languages for automotive applications.- Develop and maintain SWC (Software Components) and CDD (Complex Device Drivers) as per project requirements.- Work on ECU (Electronic Control Unit) handling, ensuring efficient and reliable communication and control.- Utilize industry-standard tools such as Vector Geny, Da-Vinci, and Treso for AUTOSAR software development and configuration.- Perform configuration, simulation, and testing of automotive software using these tools to ensure compliance with project specifications.- Continuously update skills and knowledge of these tools to stay aligned with the latest industry practices.- Integrate AUTOSAR modules with other system components, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.- Conduct thorough testing of developed software components, identifying and resolving issues as needed.- Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure proper integration of software with automotive hardware.- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all developed software, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.- Ensure that all software components comply with relevant automotive standards, including safety and security requirements.- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or a related field.- 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in automotive software development.- Proven experience with AUTOSAR-based software development, including configuration and integration of MCAL.- Extensive experience with bootloader development, particularly in automotive environments.- Strong proficiency in Embedded C and assembly programming languages.- Deep understanding of ECU handling, Mode Management, NvM, Wdg configuration, and SWC/CDD development.- Hands-on experience with automotive development tools like Vector Geny, Da-Vinci, and Treso.- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and FlexRay
